Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains how Jar Honey delivers orders placed on this website or by WhatsApp.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Lebanon. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before confirming your order.

2. Delivery fee

Our standard delivery fee is $4.00 per order. The exact fee for your order is shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm. Some customers or promotions may qualify for free delivery; when they do, it is applied automatically and shown on your order.

3. Delivery times

We confirm the expected delivery day when we confirm your order. Times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, road conditions or events outside our control. We will contact you if there is a delay.

4. Receiving your order

• Please give a complete address and a phone number on which the driver can reach you.
• Payment is due in cash on delivery unless another method was agreed.
• Check your parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged or something is missing, tell the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• If the driver cannot reach you or you refuse the order without reason, we may charge the delivery fee for a second attempt.

5. Collection

Where offered, you can collect your order from our shop at 555 Market St, Floor 12, San Francisco, CA 94105. We will tell you when it is ready.
